Day 1: Arrive in Luang Prabang:
Welcome to Luang prabang! Upon arrival, your guide will be waiting to help transfer you to your hotel. You have the evening to get your first look around the city; enjoying the night time buzz around the main street and trying some of the local foods.
Day 2: Luang Prabang - Pak Ou Cave:
In the morning we enjoy a cruise on the Mekong River, which also gives us a peaceful view of the tranquil countryside. Visit the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they distill the local rice wine. After lunch we take a short drive to Ban Xang Khong, famous for its hand weaving.
Day 3: Luang Prabang departure:
After breakfast drive out of town to the beautiful Kuang Si Falls. Located around 30km out of the town; it is a great place to swim, relax, or trek to the top of the falls. After a couple of hours we start our return to Luang Prabang, making a short stop at Black Hmong Village, well known as the place where hill tribes make handicraft as souvenirs for visitors passing by then transfer to airport for departure.
